Married Claude Francis Doubet May 16 1842 Kickapoo Township Peoria County IL. Seven known children: Mary Josephine (m. Eugene Paymal) Joseph Francis (m. Elizabeth S. Brickey) Sylvester LaFayette (m.Ellen Mulholland) Ellen Ursula (m. Charles M. Peltier) Julia Margaret 'Maggie' and Frances Claude.
Williamsfield Knox County ILL Thursday Oc. 26 1905
Mrs. Margaret Ryan Doubet of Peoria aged 84 years died suddenly without any preceding illness except for the infirmities of old age at midnight Saturday Oct. 21 at the home of her nephew J. D. Doubet in Williamsfield. Deceased was making a brief visit with Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Doubet at the time of her death having accompanied their daughter Marie Doubet from Lenox Iowa and stopped off here on her way to Peoria intending to stay a few days.
The remains were sent to Peoria Monday accompanied by her son S. Doubet of Peoria who arrived here Sunday and Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Doubet. Funeral services were held in Peoria Tuesday and the internment was at Kickapoo. Those in attendance from here were Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Doubet G. L. Doubet and Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Maher.
